Personalized learning platform for standardized test preparation
Sector: Education Technology
Challenge: Students preparing for standardized tests like AP and SAT struggled with one-size-fits-all study materials that didn't adapt to their individual learning needs and knowledge gaps. Traditional test prep was expensive, time-consuming, and often ineffective for personalized learning.
Role: Art direction, brand design, product design, and UX research.
Albert.io helps students in grades 5–12 master rigorous academic standards through adaptive online practice. To support their mission, I led the development of a unified visual identity that balanced educational credibility with creative warmth. This included full branding guidelines, a custom icon and illustration system, and professional set of print items such as brochures, booklets, and apparel. The refreshed brand helped position Albert as both trustworthy and modern—grounded in pedagogical rigor but approachable for students and teachers alike.

The blog was a key part of the company's marketing funnel, but it was not performing well. I redesigned the blog to improve the user experience and increase engagement, while keeping it aligned with the brand style. One challenge was to determine the best way to present the content (information architecture), particularly in the menu.
Along with creating mockups, I also created a logo and brand style guide for the blog.
